About Me
My name is Nick Palazzolo, and I am a licensed CPA in the State of New York. Young me would be disappointed that I never became an astronaut, however present me is still quite proud of earning my CPA license. I began studying for the CPA Exam in 2018, and as I passed each section, I also began teaching it. Once I passed the last section of the CPA Exam in early 2019, I began tutoring all 4 sections and then began pursuing the CFA Exam. Standardized tests have always been my strength, and I would love the opportunity to share with you how I learned to pass the exam. I enjoy providing accountability, fun (because let’s be honest this exam drains fun), and explanations provided by a real person, not an academic textbook or question set. Let’s get you through the exam and back to your life.

I would highly recommend Nick as a tutor. I have been studying for the CPA exam for a while but was unable to pass. After working with Nick, I was finally able to receive a passing score. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining concepts I had difficulty understanding. I will be working with Nick until I complete my CPA certification!Posted on Google
Andrew KinzlerI couldn't recommend Palazzolo CPA Review enough. I passed REG, AUD, and BEC while I was finishing up grad school, but struggled to pass FAR as I started full-time work. I was in a crunch for time as tests that I passed were beginning to expire, so I signed up for Palazzolo CPA Review. Nick was very accommodating of my work schedule, and turned concepts that I struggled with into strengths. I ended up passing FAR largely due to his help!Load more
