About Me

My name is Nick Palazzolo, and I am a licensed CPA in the State of New York. Young me would be disappointed that I never became an astronaut, however present me is still quite proud of earning my CPA license. I began studying for the CPA Exam in 2018, and as I passed each section, I also began teaching it. Once I passed the last section of the CPA Exam in early 2019, I began tutoring all 4 sections and then began pursuing the CFA Exam. Standardized tests have always been my strength, and I would love the opportunity to share with you how I learned to pass the exam. I enjoy providing accountability, fun (because let’s be honest this exam drains fun), and explanations provided by a real person, not an academic textbook or question set.
